Because your time is valuable, we have streamlined the process for becoming a Crown Associate. Before you begin the on-line application, you should:

• Prepare a current resume or high-level summary of your employment history. Save the document to your hard drive in a format that can be uploaded to the application, such as Word, pdf, or a scanned version of the file.
• Complete the Personality ID Assessment and save it to your hard drive (either as a pdf or in html format)
• Prepare a brief testimony of your spiritual journey for inclusion in the application.

 

After completing the steps above, you are ready to start the on-line application (which should take approximately 20 minutes). In addition to providing your employment history, Personality ID assessment, and spiritual journey, you will be asked for the following:

• Personal Information -- i.e. contact info, education, ministry involvement
• Two references
• Agreement with Crown’s Statement of Faith
